چکیده
Abstract Single-pixel holography (SPH) is capable of generating holographic images with rich spatial information by employing only a single-pixel detector. Thanks to the relatively low dark-noise production, high sensitivity, large bandwidth, and cheap price detectors in comparison pixel-array detectors, SPH becoming an attractive imaging modality at wavelengths where are not available or prohibitively expensive. In this work, we develop high-throughput compressive space-bandwidth- time product (SBP-T) 41,667 pixels/s, realized enabling phase stepping naturally abandoning need for phase-encoded illumination. This system scalable provide either field view (~83 mm 2 ) resolution (5.80 ?m × 4.31 ?m). particular, high-resolution biological tissues presented, exhibiting contrast both amplitude phase. work important step towards multi-spectrum using detector biophotonics.

Compressive holography with a single-pixel detector.
This Letter develops a framework for digital holography at optical wavelengths by merging phase-shifting interferometry with single-pixel optical imaging based on compressive sensing. The field diffracted by an input object is sampled by Hadamard patterns with a liquid crystal spatial light modulator. The concept of a single-pixel camera is then adapted to perform interferometric imaging of the...
متن کاملCompressive Sensing: Single Pixel SWIR Imaging of Natural Scenes
Photos captured in the shortwave infrared (SWIR) spectrum are interesting in military applications because they are independent of what time of day the picture is captured because the sun, moon, stars and night glow illuminate the earth with short-wave infrared radiation constantly. A major problem with today’s SWIR cameras is that they are very expensive to produce and hence not broadly availa...
متن کاملMultidimensional imaging using compressive Fresnel holography.
We propose a generalized framework for single-shot acquisition of multidimensional objects using compressive Fresnel holography. A multidimensional object with spatial, spectral, and polarimetric information is propagated with the Fresnel diffraction, and the propagated signal of each channel is observed by an image sensor with randomly arranged optical elements for filtering. The object data a...
متن کاملX-ray phase microtomography with a single grating for high-throughput investigations of biological tissue
The high-throughput 3D visualisation of biological specimens is essential for studying diseases and developmental disorders. It requires imaging methods that deliver high-contrast, high-resolution volumetric information at short sample preparation and acquisition times. Here we show that X-ray phase-contrast tomography using a single grating can provide a powerful alternative to commonly employ...
